Management (BBUG)

Training the Next Generation of Business Leaders

Managers plan and control the effective use of resources such as money, equipment, systems information and people. Often, they are the people who develop the creative solutions and make the smart decisions to help their companies succeed.

RIT's management program encourages a high level of personal development through a comprehensive program of liberal studies, a solid business core and courses tailored to the student's interests.

Companies that hire students for co-op positions in Management include:

What You'll Study

Management graduates receive a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. The curriculum consists of business core courses, the management major, the general studies, and cooperative education.

Within their major, students may concentrate in the areas of entrepreneurship, management development, international management, organizational performance or the management of technology. Those who study in the entrepreneurship area have an opportunity to complete a field studies course in their senior year and serve as consultants to a local small business.

When you are ready to apply, you can do so through the RIT Office of Admissions.
